Description

These mags were retired from the Czechoslovakian military and police force and are original Czech Cold War era MILSURP. 12RD factory blued 9x18MM Makarov magazines will work with CZ 82, and 83’s chambered for 9x18MM. They are fully operable and are the best option for these pistols as they are original factory specs. You can tell they are original from the cross-sword markings on the left side and the indents at the bottom of the magazine.

    These magazines looked virtually brand new, fantastic condition! They work in both of my .380 ACP CZ 83's (1990 and 2005) perfectly. No failures to feed, they hold the slide on the last round, and insertion/removal is nearly effortless. I will definitely buy more if they get more in stock!

    The magazine itself is great, the real deal Czech military with crossed swords. Every other site only has the new commercial ones which can have fitment issues and they charge a higher price than for this real one. Glad I found Max arms for that. My only complaint is with the strange shipping rates. Shipping for this mag was about $12, which says it's a flat rate, but when I added another ak mag (only a $12 mag) to the cart, the shipping flat rate more than doubled to $26. Strangely, if put only 2 CZ mags in the cart the shipping stayed at $12. Anyway needless to say I only purchased the one CZ mag, which I am happy with.

    If you have a CZ82 or CZ83 you need good reliable magazines. These are the real deal and work as required. Easy to insert and easily drops free, and has the crossed sword on the bottom left side of the magazine. I have been using the CZ82/83 for almost 25-years and I have seen some pig slop of magazines that won't past muster. These do! You won't go wrong buying these, just check out the other reviews and you can see Max Arms is doing it right!

    Ordered a few, haven’t had a chance to get them to the range yet. One is cosmetically lacking most of its finish but doesn’t appear to have any major pitting or anything I expect to hurt function. Packaging left a little to be desired all the magazines loose and in contact with each other the box being loosely stuffed with brown butcher paper but nothing separating the magazines from each other and not enough to keep them from constantly bouncing and rubbing each other while in transit. Anyway I tried some after market mags for the CZ82 and will confidently state I am happy to have found some more surplus magazines and would continue to buy more at this price point with half the finish of the display item shown on the product page.

    These are the real deal mags for the CZ 82. Don't try to save a couple bucks on the aftermarket versions. Very happy I was able to get a couple of these.

    I just received 2 of these for my CZ 82. Both work great. Beware of cheaper aftermarket mags out there and pay attention to the reviews. First purchase from Max Arms and it was great. I'll be back.

    These are getting hard to find and some jerks on GunBroker are charging way too much. This is a good price for this magazine. I ordered 2 and they came quickly and worked great!

    Ordered 3 of these magazines. They arrived in excellent condition with two of them appearing practically new, and one of them showing some wear on the back side. All magazines seemed to function perfectly.

    Original issue CZ82 magazines are hard to find. All four magazines were used but in very serviceable condition. All fit well and dropped free. I’ll be ordering more.

    I have two CZ 83’s, factory magazines are the only way to go for flawless feed and function. I’m so glad MAX-ARMS had these. Magazines were in great condition.

    These are the best mags for the CZ 82/83 with the cross sword markings. Don't settle for the other ones out there when these are marked at such a great price.

    With my recent CZ82 acquisition it was time to find a couple spare magazines. Sure there are plenty of aftermarket options, but it was MaxArms that came through. Shipped quickly and I was very happy with the condition of the mags. Both run perfectly.

    I've owned a CZ-82 for a while, but magazines were very rare, so I was happy that Max Arms got these in. Overall great quality, the ones I received were like new or showed just a little wear. Except for one magazine - it seems like there was some extra moisture when it was sealed in it's bag because it had a scattering of bright orange rust across the outside of the mag body. It looked as if someone had eaten a bag of Cheetos before handling the magazine, that level of scattered orange bits. I think rubbing it down with some CLP will clear it up, but just fair warning that like any milsurp you may need to put in a little elbow grease. I'd still buy again simply because Max Arms has great service and this is the best source of these mags.

    These arrived in excellent condition. They are the best choice for your CZ 82 (9x18mm Makarov), CZ 83 (.380 ACP, 9mm Browning), and CZ 83 (9x18mm Makarov). These are the reliable, actual Czech military surplus, indicated by the crossed swords roll mark on the lower left side, which is the acceptance mark of the Czechoslovakian military. Don't confuse these military surplus magazines with the unreliable (in my opinion) aftermarket magazines marked "CZ mfg" on the floor plate and a weld seam on the back side. The actual military surplus magazines are now hard to find, so get them while you can. Note that these work with all models of CZ 82 and CZ 83 EXCEPT the CZ 83 .32 ACP (7.65mm Browning).
