How to Purchase Firearms Online

New state shipping restrictions: 

We no longer fulfill online orders to the following states: NY, CA, MA, CT, and IL.  If you live in one of these states please provide the appropriate documentation for your state or county to the email address: support@maxarms.com as well as your phone number and the list of items you wish to purchase. After we review your documentation we will reach out to you to confirm payment. 

No sales to following states:  We cannot sell ammunition, firearms, or magazines to Alaska or Hawaii and Washington D.C.. 

Shipping during Covid-19: There’s been an increase in demand along with workplace restrictions so right now orders may take 5-7 days to ship out.

All orders are final. When purchasing firearms or ammo please verify the legality of the item with your FFL dealer BEFORE ordering to avoid cancelation fees. Please review the Frequently Asked Questions page before ordering.

Ammunition: Shipping rates vary and individual quotes will be given depending on quantity and location shipped to by Fedex Ground.

We cannot ship to PO boxes or outside of the United States

Processing Time: It takes 2 – 4 business days to process an order if an FFL is needed. You will be emailed tracking info once the order ships.

In strict accordance with State & Federal laws all firearms must ship to a FFL dealer for the background check.

.If you purchase a Firearm and other items on the same order, ALL of the items will ship to the dealer. We do not offer split shipments to multiple locations.

All ammo and firearms shipments require Adult Signature. It is your responsibility to have someone available to sign for the order, any returned shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Shipments can NOT be re-routed to another address once shipped.

Cancelled or changed orders will be subject to a service fee even if not shipped out, if your order has shipped out and you cancel you will be responsible for shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee.

Please inspect your order. Once delivered if you have a shortage this will need to be reported within 3 days of delivery & we will be glad to rectify any missing product. Please email us with your contact info, original order number and what was missing from your order. Please note we will not be able to help you on a shortage that is not reported within the 3 day time frame of delivery.

Please retain all boxing and shipping materials as they may need to be inspected prior to a claim being settled. With purchase of the insurance, the buyer assumes all risk associated with shipping damage. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
